We first met Miranda at Jennyâs brotherâs wedding. She had crafted a beautiful ceremony for them which was full of warmth, love and celebration! I can truly say that we had never been to a wedding like it before!
Fast forward a few months and it was time for us to choose someone to lead our ceremony. While we had a (brief!) look around, we kept coming back to Miranda and that inviting and easy-going feeling she had instilled in us earlier in the year! We met up and it was so obvious that there was no one else that could have done it.
Her kindness, empathy, and humour during the planning stages put us completely at ease and we knew we were in safe hands. What was really amazing was that Miranda really took the time to get to know us â she listened to our stories, talked about our hopes and dreams, how we met, how we felt, the funny times, the sad times, what we wanted in life, and every funny little quirk in between! She suggested some truly marvellous ideas for the ceremony which made it so unique to us.
The ceremony itself was incredible. She captured our story so well that you may have assumed she had been a fly on the wall for our entire relationship! From the second she arrived at the venue, a calm, serenity descended on everything. She co-ordinated with all of the venue staff, the photographers/videographers, and spoke at length to each family member to make sure they were all catered for as well.
Miranda really did go the extra mile and we cannot thank her enough. She even (potentially most importantly) asked the vital question to my two younger brothers, the best men, just before the ceremony startedâŠ. âHave you got the rings?ââŠ. They didnâtâŠ. And while I take responsibility for not physically giving them to them that morning, it is a perfect example of how professional and amazing Miranda is. She just quietly sorted any issues out and made the day run so smoothly. Our friends who came are still talking about how amazing she was and how engaging she made the ceremony.
We are so glad that we chose Miranda, the day would have been very different without her there. Her empathy, humour, and kindness clearly knows no bounds and she was instrumental in making the day so special. We were so fortunate to have Miranda as the celebrant for my mumâs funeral six months ago, and there was never any question about who we would choose for my dadâs service more recentlyâit had to be her.

Miranda was the celebrant for Dad's celebration of life and she did such a fantastic job! She was warm, funny and friendly and made the whole process painless from start to finish. She was generous with her time throughout and we didn't feel rushed at all. She then patched together all our random comments and anecdotes in a brilliantly delivered eulogy that had the audience both laughing and crying, but fitting the brief perfectly of setting up the day as a celebration. It was almost like she'd known him for years! We enjoyed a drink afterwards and never once felt we were on the clock. Thank you Miranda đ.

We were so lucky to have Miranda lead the service for my step-fatherâs funeral recently.
From the moment she began, she brought such genuine warmth, calm and kindness that it instantly put us at ease on an incredibly difficult day.
She spoke so naturally and compassionately that we felt wonderfully enveloped by her words â held, understood and gently guided through the moment.
Mirandaâs eulogy was beautifully written and so thoughtfully brought together, after spending time with my mum to really get to know the person behind the stories. She managed to capture his character, his quirks, and the heart of who he was in a way that felt truly personal to us. The touches of gentle humour she included were absolutely perfect - respectful, authentic, and exactly the sort of warmth he would have appreciated.
What stood out most was the balance she struck: heartfelt but never heavy, sincere without being sombre, and light in all the moments where it felt right. Nothing felt generic or rushed; every word felt chosen with real care.
Miranda made a difficult day feel meaningful, comforting and full of love. Weâre genuinely grateful for the time, thought and compassion she brought to the service. I couldnât recommend her more highly.

We don't know where to start with the wonderful human being that is Miranda!
We met her at an alternative wedding fair and as soon as we walked in to the room we found ourselves drawn to her welcoming atmosphere. She made us feel right at home and after striking up conversation about what we wanted for our ceremony, she blew us away with her breadth of knowledge and plethora of supportive ideas. Even without confirming our booking with her, she had fully embraced our visions and was genuinely excited to see how it would all pan out.
Once we had booked, she got to work right away spending time listening to what we envisioned and adding her own ideas into the mix. Miranda brought an air of excitement, joy, knowledge and genuine passion to the planning that made us feel like we had made the perfect choice!
We met a few times to discuss our options and Miranda even took on working alongside my father to incorporate a handfasting and mead ceremony alongside the more traditional elements of a ring warming and vow exchange.
When the time came to write our ceremony and personal vows, Miranda sent us fantastic guides full of helpful hints and tips. We loved sharing date nights sat filling out fun and quirky questionnaires to share our stories with her. These turned out fantastic and we were thrilled when we received the first draft of our script giving us goosebumps ahead of the real thing!
On the day Miranda was incredibly helpful arriving early to help direct final preparations and calm last minute nerves. When all was ready to start she led a wonderfully moving, heartwarming and unforgettable ceremony.
We have had numerous compliments of just how special this part of our day was because of Miranda's words full of love and devotion. She spoke respectfully of our story covering all of the important details and guided us through the creation and delivery of our personal vows.
After the wedding day we received a wonderful selection of gifts, hand picked and thoughtful, which were incredibly personal and added a fantastic finishing touch alongside a printout of our ceremony and vows to keep and read whenever we want to look back on an incredible day.
We will be forever grateful for Miranda's guidance and contributions to our wedding day, we can't recommend her enough!

We met Miranda at a couple of wedding fairs and just from the first conversation we had with her we could tell she was super professional, relatable and very experienced. She made it very clear to us that we wanted a celebrant like her for our wedding ceremony rather than a random registrar to officiate.
Despite talking to multiple other celebrants at fairs we never found someone that quite got what we were about as a couple as Miranda. Throughout planning our wedding she was super helpful with making it clear what the legalities were with getting married with a celebrant vs a registrar, giving us plenty of guidance and advice on writing vows and speeches, making sure our ceremony script and features of our ceremony were customised to the alternative style we wanted for our wedding and lastly providing plenty of chances to meet in person and video call to cover all these elements.

Full disclosure - I am a wedding celebrant, so when it came to our ceremony I knew exactly who I wanted to lead it. From the moment we started talking to Miranda we knew we were in wonderful hands. Oh my goodness, where to even begin with Miranda? From the very first phone call, her warmth and genuine empathy just wrapped around me like a comforting hug. I knew instantly, with every fibre of my being, that I had found the one to help us celebrate my mum's life in the most perfect way. And our two-hour coffee date? It was more than a meeting; it was like sharing cherished secrets and beautiful memories with a dear friend. Miranda just got it. She understood my mum perfectly.

The script she wrote wasn't just words on a page; it was a living, breathing tribute that perfectly captured the essence of my mum. It was more than I could have ever imagined.

She delivered the celebration of life with a warmth and genuine emotion that made everyone feel like she had known my mum forever. The guests just couldn't stop talking about her! They all commented on how amazing she was and how perfectly she had honoured my mum's memory.
I truly, truly hope I won't need Miranda for this kind of service again for a very, very long time, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. And for any of life's other big momentsâweddings, vow renewals, naming ceremoniesâyou absolutely, positively don't need to go anywhere else. The ceremony was everything we hoped it would be and more. So many of our guests told us how moving they found it and how it helped them to learn more about us and our relationship. Râs friends were particular fans of Tâs vows and everyone loved Gâs stubbornness! It really was the emotional heart of the day and the perfect way to start the wedding. I can't even begin to express my gratitude and amazement for the hard work that Miranda did for our wedding. We live on the West Coast of the United States, and Miranda always met with us working around our schedules. She was patient, supportive, and gently nagging when needed. She made sure that every detail of our ceremony was what we wanted it to be, and encouraged us to remember that the ceremony was about us not everyone else.
When we got overwhelmed she was there, when I completely forgot to order a thing she helped me sort it out. When we had issues with communication from the venue, Miranda was there to call them and ensure that everyone was on the same page. When we discovered that it was going to be a little warmer than comfortable in the ceremony space, Miranda ensured that there would be fans available for us so we didn't melt; she even let me borrow a fan for several hours after the ceremony ended!

Weâre so happy we found Miranda for our wedding celebration! Even though we live in the US, and werenât able to meet in person before the day of the wedding, from the first call we felt the warmth and care that would go into the ceremony. It turned into a fabulous occasion that really reflected us as a couple.
Miranda was able to incorporate everything we wanted and created a truly special ceremony that felt warm, full of love, and had plenty of laughs. We really enjoyed the online meetings and the process of building the ceremony, too, with plenty of guidance when we needed it and all the time and care that went into making it feel perfect for us. She told our story wonderfully, made it feel light-hearted but with emotional, reflective moments, and left everyone glowing.
Not having to stress about the ceremony on the day was also brilliant - Miranda co-ordinated in the background with our photographer and made sure everyone was happy with their part. It went off incredibly smoothly and was a great way to start the day - everyone was left with huge smiles.

Miranda was a truly incredible celebrant and really made our ceremony (and the whole day) incredibly special! My husband and I were on the hunt for a celebrant who could create a ceremony that really reflected us and was able to include several more unusual traditions for his Norse Pagan faith. Miranda took everything in stride, taking time to research everything we discussed independently and showing real love, care and passion in the crafting of our ceremony. She made the process incredibly easy and low hassle, fitting around busy lives and schedules, giving us the best ceremony we could wish for! Several guests (including my mum who is a bit of a wedding connoisseur these days) came up to share how much they loved the ceremony. They were especially complementary of how well it fitted and reflected us as a couple and how engaging and interesting it was!

We weren't originally planning on having a celebrant... But then we met Miranda by accident... And we're so glad we did!
From the moment we started chatting to her we could tell that Miranda would fit into our alternative plans for our wedding and as time went on we realised how much she was going to bring to the metaphorical table.

The ceremony was based 100% around our own story, it was not a 'cut & paste' job.
(Her methods of extracting information from us could be used by the CIA... A few emails and a fun relationship questionnaire and suddenly she knew everything about us!!)

We never wanted a traditional âstuffyâ ceremony but wasnât sure how we could legally get away with making it more fun. We met Miranda at a wedding fayre and she was the answer, and weâre forever thankful that we met her. She made our ceremony so special and unique, with so many of our guests commenting on how different and fun it was. Most say it was the highlight of the day, and thatâs all thanks to Miranda.
Miranda really took the time to get us know us, not only as a couple, but as individuals. She asked about our family heritage, hobbies and love story. From this, she was able to give lots of ideas of how we could make the ceremony personal to us. We had a friend write a poem and my Dad write some top tips for marriage. Miranda helped them both, proof reading and offering great suggestions. She also helped us write our own personal vows as we had no idea where to start. We were able to drink whisky from my family town in Scotland, something she suggested, and went down a treat as a cheers at the end of the ceremony.
Not only did Miranda help and support us throughout, she put us at such ease, managing the whole ceremony and the lead up. We never had to chase her for anything or worry about things being done. My wife didnât feel nervous on the day and I honestly think it was because of Miranda â we just knew it was going to brilliant with her running our ceremony. No nerves, just excitement, which is how all brides should feel on their wedding day.

Miranda acted as celebrant for our wedding this summer at Chateau de Saint Martory, France. Throughout the whole planning process, Miranda was very enthusiastic and generous with her time. Ahead of the wedding, she travelled to London to meet with us in person, we had video calls, she joined us for the rehearsal in France, and we had lots of back and forth over email.
Mirandaâs attention to detail, helpfulness and thoughtfulness in the lead up to the event, on the day itself, and even afterwards canât be faulted. She wrote the order of service for us, helped us choose the readings, wrote a personalised ceremony script, designed a bespoke marriage certificate, posted a lovely video/summary of the day on socials, and even sent us a Christmas present! She has tons of experience in weddings of all varieties, which was evident from some of the unique ideas and hints/tips she gave us, as well as her flexible, accommodating attitude.
Miranda exudes warmth, confidence and energy, and brought all of this to our ceremony. Although we arenât particularly religious, we wanted to keep the âsermonâ fairly traditional, and Miranda achieved this with the eloquent script she wrote for us. However, she also managed to weave in some personal anecdotes and give it a heartfelt quality that resonated with friends/family. There were certainly a few tears shed that day!
Miranda also helped enormously with the logistics, liaising with our wedding planner, florist, bridal party and string trio to ensure the ceremony went smoothly. Whilst very nervous, on the day we knew that everything was well and truly in hand!
Our wedding day was very special, and we are delighted with how it went; the beautiful ceremony was a huge part of that. We couldnât have done it without Miranda, and would thoroughly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding!

When we first contacted Miranda we had no idea what was included in a celebrantâs remit. At most weddings weâve been to in the past, the ceremony is the formality that you âget throughâ to get to the party, but with Miranda, the ceremony was the start of the party! James and I both admitted early on that we struggle with âgushy lovey dovey stuffâ and we were very hesitant about using our own words and putting our own stamp on the ceremony. We are both so glad that Miranda encouraged us to write our own vows. It was the one time we really let each other know how we feel and we will remember those words forever (also because Miranda gifted us our ceremony script and vows). She was an absolute hit with our guests and we had so many wonderful comments about how fun and personal and âunapologetically usâ it felt. Many of our guests said how great it was hearing âour storyâ and Miranda really took the time to get to know us and really tell it well. Would 100% recommend - Miranda is wonderful!

We had to navigate some complex family relationships in the run up to our wedding and Miranda offered us so much encouragement, compassion, and support all the way to the day. She really took the time to get to know us and crafted a ceremony that was like no other! It reflected who we are as individuals and as a couple and charted our story together. She has such wonderful attention to detail, from bringing small fans (it was a super hot on the day), to gifting us personalised hankerchiefs and even some treats for our cats in a post wedding box she sent over memories from the day.

Miranda was just fabulous! Our story, vows and ceremony, all of which were so precious to us were handled with such care and thoughtfulness. Miranda is just simply the best! From the first moment we spoke, I knew that Miranda would be the perfect celebrant to deliver our ceremony. We initially went down the route of booking a registrar, but found out a couple of months before that we wouldnât actually be meeting or speaking to them before our ceremony, and it didnât quite sit well with what we had dreamed of. Miranda took the time to get to know us and understand our story, and in turn produced the most perfect wedding script. We wanted our ceremony to be fun, exciting and full of surprises, and thatâs exactly what it was (including the dramatic unplanned shower mid ceremony â thankfully we did have a canopy!) We had a handfasting, surprise ring bearers and a shot (or two) of tequila before tying the knot. Miranda supported us with writing our own vows which we loved reading to each other on the day. It was the best start to such a splendid day, we were on such a high following the ceremony, but we also felt so relaxed and at ease during the ceremony, it was just so magical! Due to distance we didnât meet Miranda in person until the day of our wedding, but it honestly felt like weâd known each other for years. When we chose our wedding venue, Miranda was recommended as a celebrant â and boy, are we glad she was! We had an initial consultation call with Miranda and both of us felt completely at ease and she got to know us just through a conversation (rather than dreaded âlet me work through a list of questionsâ). However, the detail and care taken by Miranda from the off was incredible â and what surprised us most was that she was able to figure out and include was important to us without us saying it. She knew how much we valued it being a celebration of our friends and families supporting us, our beagle Albie being included, or even that weâre both incredibly competitive.
As well as asking Miranda to be our celebrant, she kindly offered to be our MC, and weâre thrilled she did. Weddings rarely run as planned, but she was the one consistent thread that held the entire day together. Miranda also has that insane ability to make everybody relax and be their authentic selves â I have no idea how she does it, but she does. Our guests couldnât stop telling us how our day felt so personal and ânothing couldâve summed us up betterâ.
In the run up to the wedding we werenât the most relaxed (think Anna Wintour the night before the Met Gala) but Miranda kept us calm and reminded us that getting married is a joy and that we should enjoy ourselves. On the day, apparently things didnât go 100% to plan, but we, as a couple, never felt it â because Miranda was orchestrating everything behind the scenes and our day still delivered exactly what we were after.
Honestly, we canât recommend Miranda enough â our day wouldnât have been âusâ without her and she was there every step of the way â we had numerous zooms, we met at the venue, she even helped us get ready on our day!
Our only regret is that we only heard about Miranda because we were getting married. Everybody needs a Miranda in their lives â sheâs the biggest cheerleader, a great coach and a great leader and weâre thrilled to now be lucky enough to call her a friend.

Miranda was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the start of our wedding planning we knew we didn't want an ordinary wedding- we wanted one that reflected our personalities, both individually and as a couple.
Miranda's ceremony certainly did that. Right from the start she took the time to get to know us, through several phone calls and in person meetings. We saw multiple drafts of our ceremony which Miranda was happy to edit until we were happy, and she even helped make sure our vows (which we wrote ourselves) were of a similar length and style.
On the day many people commented that it was the best ceremony they've every attended, and it's persuaded a few of our friends to explore having a celebrant led wedding.

We were recommended Mirandaâs celebrant services by our venue, High Billinghurst Farm. We had originally planned to do a wedding in Italy but travel restrictions meant this was no longer a viable option. It meant we had to plan our wedding in four weeks!
It was a daunting task but we can absolutely say that having Miranda on our âteamâ meant that it made it a little less daunting. We travelled to her lovely home to meet with her, and we instantly felt she was the right person for the job. We feel completely blessed to have found Miranda for our wedding day! Our venue recommended Miranda completely by chance, and what a chance that was! She is one of the bubbliest and friendliest people we have ever met! From the first time we spoke we got on so well - with mutual interests very much in common (cough cough, Lord of The Rings!)
She put us as ease and helped us manage a process we were not very knowledgable about at all. She explained each step and what we needed to do in preparation for our ceremony - including our legal ceremony too. She asked us to fill in some questionnaires so she could use the information to write our own bespoke ceremony script, completed catered to us and who we are as a couple. She let us add, remove and change the script as many times as we wanted, so we could make sure it was perfect.
On the day, Miranda arrived early so she could prepare and meet our wedding party. She was instrumental in making sure the ceremony ran smoothly, whilst I was away not being able to manage a thing! Our ceremony was beautiful, and everything we wanted and more. It was intimate, personal and had the perfect balance of humour and emotion. Our guests commented on how moving it was, and how great Miranda was performing our ceremony.

We were introduced to Miranda through our wedding venue who had said that she was the best celebrant that they had met which really put us at ease immediately.
