The Process
Whether you have a clear vision of your day or you need some inspiration, I'll be your guide through the entire process from conception to ceremony.
Most of all I love getting to know people, their story and what makes them so uniquely special. To do this, I may ask you to complete a short questionnaire and then we'll have a chat. These are important pieces that will help me to craft a memorable ceremony.
With regards to weddings and renewal of vows, some couples want to include traditional elements while others want to include lots of non-traditional elements such as a hand-fasting, sand ceremony, jumping the broom and many other cultural or spiritual elements.
Each ceremony takes at least 20 joy-filled hours of research, writing, meetings and preparation before the big day. I write each script from scratch based upon our conversations and your quiz responses. There won't be any formulaic wording. Every element of your ceremony is well thought through to reflect YOU!

Face to face consultation meeting + questionnaires
Choose formats, check legalities, book date and venue
Venue visit (if necessary)
Select Readings, Music and Symbolic Elements
Write draft of your ceremony and amend as necessary
Write your vows (with or without my help!)
Liase with suppliers involved in the ceremony
Final client sign off and logistics call
Rehearsal (optional extra)

Officiating your ceremony on the day
A presentation copy of your ceremony script
Travel within 15 miles of Barton Stacey, Hampshire (additional miles are charged at 45p per mile)
Additional costs:
Assistance with writing and editing speeches for the reception starting at £200.
MC services to help with organising and orchestrating photos, announcements and support up until after the first dance starting at £400.
Any additional props such as Handfasting ribbons, candles or a commemorative certificate for signing etc will be charged at cost.
Terms:
A booking fee of 50% of the total fee is payable to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks prior to your ceremony or on production of the final script (whichever is sooner).
Ceremonies booked within 12 weeks of delivery require full payment at the time of booking.
All fees are non-refundable.

In addition, a portion of your fees will be donated to a phenomenal forward-thinking charity called Haiti Partners who are helping Haitians change Haiti through education. I have been fortunate to visit Haiti and see their work first hand - a truly life changing experience!
